It sounds like it could be the start of your labour. I got all my contractions across my back so I can sympathies with what you are feeling.
The best thing I found to do was pile up blankets and pillows at the top of your bed and lean on these. Or if you have an exercise ball lean over that, leaning on your belly. It helped me in a huge way.
You should keep track of the time between your pains (suspected contractions) and get in contact with your Dr or the hospital you will be giving birth in. Good Luck and Congrats.

I would say a warm bath as well. Soaking in the tub and taking weight off your back could help. Although you said you were due tomorrow so just keep an eye on that back pain and if it gets to painful call your dr, it could be the start of labor. I myself am due in 4 days and having back pains and sharp pains in my lower area and a warm bath has help to soothe it some. Good luck and congrats on your baby to come!

If you want you can also try a deep heat, hot cold gel pack
I suffer from lower back pains 24/7 my doctor already pointed out that I’m going to have problems when I fall pregnant but they usually soothe it

A warm bath, heating pad (on low) or just laying down. Heat is the best thing just not too hot. A heating pad is ok as long as it is on low. I asked my doctor the other day when I had an appt. Good luck and stay strong. Congrats!

During pregnancy there are still some abdominal exercises you can do without harming your self or the baby. These exercises usually consist of side crunches, reverse crunches and modified crunches. The modified crunches are done with pillows stacked up behind you so you are not laying flat on the floor. Doing abdominal exercises during pregnancy will help to keep your muscles toned and take the stress off your lower back.

Once you have had your baby you can go back to doing normal abdominal exercises as per your doctor’s instructions. Many women are concerned about what abdominal exercises they can do if they have had a cesarean section. As long as your doctor approves, there are many exercises you can do even if you have had C-section. These exercises will consist of the isometric abdominal contractions, isometric gluteal contractions and Kegel exercises.
