February 18th, 2009 - 1:59 pmThere is no medicine for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 90% success in treating all pains confirms it.
If you are constipated first treat it with Naturopathy and clean the intestines.
If acidity is excessive it inflames the intestines and also cause constipation. Treat it with Naturopathy. It will take few months to disappear the inflammation; but your problem will also disappear with it!
Acupuncture is the best treatment. Try it if you can’t get Naturopath.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.

i suffered from lower back pain for 10 yrs and opted for surgery.if you see your doctor he will just get you into PT .unless you have numbness they wont do an MRI.and since your not close to considering surgery an MRI would be a waste.
