The neck, face and throat sound like a damaged nerve in the cervical spine, between c-three to c-six this happen to me. Then the rest is the bottom lower spine. Can you somehow substantiate all this to yourself, with what’s happen lately, like a accident, a serious illness, or ? The doctor would need some sort of help like what’s happen lately in your life or see a Neurologist or Orthopedic surgeon and have CATS and MRI’s run.

Not sure,But I can tell you this, ever since I started this question answer thing, I’ve neglected myself even more. And though I tell people they need to exercise, I’ve been feeling the effects of not myself.Poor circulation, coldness of the limbs, holding my pee back is probably why its been more potent, and the whole posture thing, Its been giving me back problems I never had before.This I noticed when I got out of this addictive site and started decorating my Moms house for Christmas. My back problem disappeared, my pee was coming out fine, the circulation improved (no help from smoking)and the scratch in my throat only comes and goes when sick people come here. And yes I’m unemployed.
